Hotel Grand Fuji

My stay at the Grand Hotel Fuji was, without a doubt, the highlight of my entire trip to Japan. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable but what truly took my breath away was the stunning view of Mount Fuji from my room. Waking up to such a majestic sight each morning felt surreal. I stayed at several hotels throughout Japan, but none came close to the unforgettable experience I had here. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fuji area. It truly exceeded all expectations.

We came to just sleep here. It is inside the city with a little view of Mount Fuji. Go to chapel at highest floor, It has good view of Mount Fuji. Room and bath are spacious, but dated. The room is comfortable to sleep, but no view. The room keys are traditional and you have to leave them at reception😂, Why?????.

The room size was what was really appreciated. We were used to small rooms on our stays but Grand Fuji Hotel hotel room far exceeded our expectations. The bathroom with the glassed in shower and separate bathtub was something you'd find in a luxury hotel. The lobby was also very large and beautiful. I had the traditional Japanese breakfast. The grilled salted salmon was the best I had on my whole 2 week trip to Japan. The 5 star dining service and how everything was presented was first rate. This was one of the best hotels I stayed at during our vacation and we stayed an 6 different hotels during our stay. One last special treatment, when we checked out, the desk receptionist graciously ordered our taxi for us and as we got into the car came outside and bowed and thanked us for our stay one last time as we drove away. What a special touch.

Everything. it was a refreshing change to be served breakfast at table. Very elegant. Don’t worry- order at reception the previous evening and all will be there. large parking area outside. No charge. Rooms large and comfortable with kettle , light excluding drapes worked fine. Staff very attentive and helpful

I think the staff were exceptional, both extremely helpful and friendly. In particular, Mr. Iritsuki went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay.
